Q. When should I come back?
A. The average recommendation is every 4 weeks for facial hair and 6 weeks for body hair, this will vary depending on hair type.

Q. How long should the hair be?
A. Your hair needs to be at least 5mm long to allow the wax to grip onto the hair. Length required varies due to type of hair, thickness, body area, growth cycle of the hair, etc.

Q. Is it going to hurt?
A. Depending on your own pain threshold, usually a slight sting like a band aid being ripped off occurs although this does get better as each wax is performed. We use Caron hard wax from Australia for bikini wax and Brazilian wax as it is specifically formulated to not stick to the skin. 

Q. Will my therapist be Male of female
A. Not that it matters, as all of our therapists are professional therapists, but the majority of times your therapist will be male. All waxing currently is performed by our Australian owner with over 20 years experience.
